C.T.U.D. (Chalk Talks for the Using Driver) – CREATE is focused on making this a non-confrontive and non-judgmental intervention. This is an eight-hour education class designed for first time DWI offenders and for employees or anyone who are having a difficult time at the workplace or home due to chemical usage.This is a self-pay class and is not reimbursable by health insurance.

Driving with Care (DWC) Minneapolis Location – This program is for repeat DWI offenders.

  • The class is presented in one (1) level.
    • Level 1 is six (6) weeks
  • Your individual DWI legal situation will determine which level class is appropriate for you.
  • This class challenges your thinking, attitudes, and beliefs. The class teaches cognitive skills to make responsible decisions to prevent further legal, life, and community consequences.
  • There is a $50 deposit and different payment plans available to qualified individuals.

Driving with Care (DWC) Dakota County Only – This program is for repeat DWI offenders.

  • The class is presented in two (2) levels.
    • Level 1 is six (6) weeks
    • Level 2 is twelve (12) weeks
  • Your individual DWI legal situation will determine which level class is appropriate for you.
  • This class challenges your thinking, attitudes, and beliefs. The class teaches cognitive skills to make responsible decisions to prevent further legal, life, and community consequences.
  • This program is offered exclusively in Dakota County through Dakota Probation referrals.

Thinking for Change (T4C) –  This course is designed to target criminal or maladaptive thinking patterns and provide an extended time frame to practice new behaviors. This program is offered exclusively in Dakota County through Dakota Probation referrals.
